Exchange and Claim Policy

Unused products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Sale items, perfumes, and bags are not eligible for exchange, claims, or returns.

Refunds

We have a "No Refund" policy. However, refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, depending on the payment method.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Refunds may be allowed within 15 days of purchase at any of our outlets in Pakistan.
    • For online sales, customers can contact us at 0322-4021198 or email support@kickzzfussion.com.. Our representative will guide you through the refund process.
    • If a refund is granted, the sales amount will be credited to your E-wallet, which can be used for a one-time purchase within one month.
    • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  2. Credit/Debit Card Payment

    • If the product is out of stock, refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase.
    • You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
    • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Perfumes and bags are not returnable or exchangeable.
    • Please allow 7 days for processing returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Online Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime before it is processed. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. After shipment, the Exchange/Claim policy applies.

Kickzzfussion may cancel orders for reasons such as out-of-stock items or pricing errors.
